It is called “Dueling Gnocchi” – two different perspectives on this pasta: Josephine (Linda’s mom) will make the classic with the Ciociara recipe from the town where was born, and mine will be gluten-free and plant-based. We will also be presenting a few sauce options to finish the dish. You won’t want to miss this unique opportunity!
