Everyone loves delicious, easy-to-cook chicken and Tuscan cooks are no exception. Rick will teach three dishes that will become go-to favorites, all ideal for fall dining.

  • First, a recipe just right for small Thanksgiving gatherings—pancetta-wrapped turkey breast with blackberries and herbs
  • For everyday meals, chicken braised with white wine and olives
  • You’ll also learn a beautiful autumn salad with pomegranate and persimmons.

We’re delighted to have Rick as a guest chef in our traditional Italian cooking series.  He has written over 50 cookbooks, and has also worked with NYC’s iconic Patsy’s Restaurant and Cooking Channel’s Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos on their Italian cookbooks. He is the recipient of various culinary awards, including Bon Appetit magazine’s Food & Entertaining Award for Outstanding Cooking Teacher and an IACP Cookbook Award for THE CHELSEA MARKET COOKBOOK.
