$500 deposit non-refundable. For cancellation:

  • 60 days prior to workshop, full refund due less non-refundable deposit.
  • 30-60 days prior to workshop, 50% refund of balance paid allowed, less non-refundable deposit.
  • Less than 30 days prior to workshop, no refund due. Il Chiostro recommends personal travel insurance to cover the possibility of unexpected cancellation.

Responsibility:

Il Chiostro will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the tours or excursions organized for your program. Il Chiostro is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by strike, war, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions or regulations or any other causes over which we have no control. Reasonable changes to any itinerary may be made at any time when necessary or deemed advisable for comfort and well being of the clients. Il Chiostro recommends that each participant carry personal travel insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen emergency, damage to or loss of baggage, cancellation or sickness. If a participant becomes ill or incapacitated, Il Chiostro may take whatever action it deems necessary to preserve his health/safety, including medical treatments, hospital transfers and transportation to the U.S. at the participant’s expense.
