Il Chiostro is looking for some specific people who enjoy hospitality and are passionate about Italy to add to our staff.  These positions are freelance and seasonal:

• Program Manager - to oversee the on-site Il Chiostro workshop programs. Requires coordination of 2-3 concurrent workshops of 8-12 participants each. The Program Manager works with a team of assistants, instructors, drivers and chefs. The Program Manager will be required to perform any and all tasks necessary to ensure the delivery of the high standard of the Il Chiostro experience and product to all participants. Examples of some responsibilities include:  direct weekly staff meetings, communicate all relevant and necessary information to staff, following established systems and procedures, coordinate transportation for all excursions, coordinate weekly workshop schedules, keep accurate accounting for all program expenses.
  Job location:  Italy
  Time Committment:  4-6 weeks in spring and/or fall
   
• Program Assistant/Driver - to assist the Program Manager to smoothly execute Il Chiostro programs in Italy.  All assistants must also drive program participants on excursions in Tuscany using a standard transmission van.  Some responsibilities include:  driving van for excursions, setting up and breaking down meal settings, general hospitality duties, working on a team
